Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons:

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately — we will gladly replace or refund it.
How to Initiate a Return

We will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Once approved, ship the product to the address we provide.

Please note that return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong item sent by us.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing [email protected].
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Late or Missing Refunds
